Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window (Wapsi Ki Samay Seema)

Aap item praapt hone ke 7 dino (ya 14/30 dino) ke andar return request raise kar sakte hain. Samay seema samapt hone ke baad hum return ya exchange accept nahi kar sakte.

2. Eligibility Criteria (Return Ke Liye Zaroori Shartein)

Return accept hone ke liye aapka item nimnlikhit sharton ko pura karna chahiye:

• Product unused (istemaal na kiya gaya ho) aur waise hi condition me ho jaisa aapko mila tha.
• Product apne original packaging, tags, aur labels ke saath hona chahiye.
• Khareeddari ka pramaan (Invoice ya Order ID) zaroori hai.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Wo Items Jo Return Nahi Honge)

Kanooni aur hygiene karano se nimnlikhit items return nahi kiye ja sakte:

• Perishable goods (jaise khane-peene ki cheezein ya phool)
• Personal care products, innerwear, ya cosmetics
• Digital products (software, e-books, downloadable content)
• Customized ya personalized items
• Gift cards aur clearance sale items

4. Damaged Ya Wrong Product Received

Yadi aapko koi damaged, defective, ya galat product milta hai:

Kripya delivery ke 24-48 ghante ke andar unboxing video ya photos ke saath hamari support team se contact karein. Hum bina kisi extra charge ke replacement ya full refund process karenge.

5. Exchange Policy

Hum items ko sirf tabhi replace karte hain jab wo damaged ya defective hon, ya size issue ho (availability ke aadhar par). Exchange initiate karne ke liye hamare support email par request bhejein.

6. Refund Process Aur Timeframe

Jab aapka returned item hamare warehouse me receive aur inspect ho jayega, hum aapko email dwara notify karenge:

• Prepaid Orders: Refund aapke original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) me 5-7 working days me credit ho jayega.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders ke liye hum aapki Bank Details (Account No, IFSC) ya UPI ID mangenge aur 5-7 working days me amount transfer karenge.

7. Shipping Costs For Return

• Agar return hamari galti (damaged ya wrong product) ke karan hai, toh return shipping cost hum bear karenge.
• Agar aap apni pasand ya galat size order karne ke karan return kar rahe hain, toh return shipping charges aapko dene honge.
